Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the potential of Agile management as a tool for transforming educational management. The research analysed the impact of Agile approaches on the organisation of the educational process and management practices in higher education institutions. The methodology involved a comparative analysis to assess the effectiveness of Agile management implementation in education, as well as a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with this approach. The key findings indicate that adopting Agile management enhances flexibility in educational project management, reduces decision-making time, and improves communication among all participants in the educational process. The implementation of Agile approaches has enabled educational institutions to respond more swiftly to curriculum changes, adapt to new technologies, and align with labour market demands. Additionally, the study found that the use of Agile methods positively influenced the motivation of both students and teachers, fostering a more open and collaborative learning environment. Students reported increased engagement in learning, while teachers experienced improved interaction with students, leading to greater satisfaction with the educational process. The findings highlight the significant potential of Agile management in enhancing the efficiency of higher education institution management. Further improvement and adaptation of these practices to the specific conditions of educational institutions will support the sustainable development of education in the future. This study reinforces the importance of developing new management strategies to optimise the organisation of the educational process, enhance student satisfaction, and promote the innovative development of educational institutions
