Abstract
Theoretical principles of development of reflexive competence are given in the article. Its meaning in the formation of teacher’s personality is accentuated. The materials of methodological support for the specialists of preschool education to gain the mentioned competence are represented. The topicality of the research is due to the needs of the state in new generation of competitive specialists on labor market, who are able to conduct both social demands of educational policy and tasks for professional and personal growth. The goal was to implement psychology-pedagogical objectives of the essence of reflexive competence in formation of teacher-preschooler’s personality; to reveal importance of methodological support in development of reflexive competence in specialists of preschool education, which is presented in the description of a program to a special course “Reflexive competence of a teacher: vector of development”. The research perspective covers the presentation of methodological bases of development of reflexive competence in specialists of preschool education. It maintains the goal of a special course, its tasks, list of lessons types, offers as for the educational-methodological support and forms of organization of educational activities. Methodological tools (types of activities, technologies, methods, means, etc.) were specified. They are used in process of studying 9 topics of the course in three modules, which are conducted online and offline or in-person and have practical direction. The list of general and professional program competences, which must be gained by specialists of preschool education in the result of mastering a special course “Reflexive competence of a teacher: vector of development”, is foresees. The scope of the program is 30 hours/1credit of ECTS. The course “Reflexive competence of a teacher: vector of development” is oriented on stimulation of pedagogical workers of preschool education to continuous professional development and personal growth. Based on the conducted research the essence of reflexive competence in formation of teacher[1]preschooler’s personality were found out; the results of psychology-pedagogical works of foreign an native scientists as for the development of reflections in pedagogical activities and personal improvement of specialist of preschool education were analyzed. It was determined that development of reflexive competence is provided through implementation of system of methodological support, which is represented by a special course “Reflexive competence of a teacher: vector of development”. The perspectives of further scientific work are seen in creation of training system for the development of reflexive competence in specialists of preschool education
