The article reveals the modern conceptual principles of modeling the process of preparing future teachers for innovative educational activities in the process of pedagogical practice. Criteria (motivational and target orientation, system of knowledge, awareness of own possibilities, productive manufacturability and creativity), structural components (motivational-orientation, cognitive-reflexive, creative-practical) and indicators of readiness of future teachers for innovative educational activity are determined; basic principles of organization of practice, shortcomings of its implementation, ways to improve. The author’s concept of professional training of future teachers for innovative educational activities in the process of pedagogical practice is developed on the basis of three interrelated concepts (methodological, theoretical, methodological and technological). Methodological approaches to the research problem are determined: systemic, activity, competence, axiological, acmeological, contextual, environmental, student-centered. Two groups of pedagogical conditions are proposed, namely: organizational and pedagogical, corresponding to the external conditions of pedagogical practice, and psychological and pedagogical, providing internal conditions for preparing future teachers for innovative educational activities in the process of pedagogical practice. A conceptual model of professional training of future teachers for innovative educational activities in the process of pedagogical practice has been developed. All blocks of the model are interconnected, and the model itself became the basis for testing the development program for the formation of the studied phenomenon (axiological, quasi-professional, practical stages). The effectiveness of the development program of professional training of future teachers for innovative educational activities in the process of pedagogical practice is proved by comparing the results of ascertaining and formative experiments, determining its positive dynamics using the methods of mathematical statistics
